We’re off to a great start with our new design contest! Thanks to everyone who has entered or voted. Here’s a quick update on the winners and upcoming categories.
We’ve wrapped up the first contest, “Toys & Games;” look for those winners in the Spring/Summer issue, which will be mailed to subscribers in March. The winners will be posted to our website on April 1. Special thanks to The Wooden Teddy Bear and Mike’s Workshop for sponsoring the contest.
We are currently accepting entries in the second contest, “Jewelry OR Functional: Workshop.” Those entries are due by February 15, and the voting will be open March 1-15. You’ll see the winners in the Summer/Fall issue. It’s free to enter, and you can win cash prizes! See the rules online and send your entries today. Special thanks to Seyco for sponsoring the contest.
Looking ahead, the last three topics for the year will be Ornaments, Functional: Kitchen, and Functional: Office. Plan your projects now so you have pictures ready!
